Course Information
ELEC3542 Advanced Programming and Application Development is a Group E (Computer Systems) advanced course offered in 2nd semester, 2017–2018. The first lesson is scheduled on January 15, 2018 (Monday).
Time & Location
- Tuesdays 12:30–13:20 at CB103 (EEE PC Lab)
- Fridays 12:30–14:20 at CB103 (EEE PC Lab)
- Video “lectures” available 24/7 on Open edX course website
Enrollment
Students who wish to enroll in this course have to either concurrently taking, or have already passed, a computer programming course other than ENGG1111, COMP1117 and other courses taught in MATLAB. Accepted courses include but not limited to:
- ELEC2543 Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures
- COMP2119 Introduction to Data Structures and Algorithms
- COMP2396 Object-Oriented Programming and Java
The current pre-requisite condition on HKU Portal does not describe the requirement precisely due to various reasons. Please contact us if you are interested in taking this course but have problem enrolling.
